Fixed fees and no unexpected bills

All of our advice and documents are tailored to your specific circumstances and a fixed fee will be agreed with you at the outset so that you never find yourself with an unexpected bill.

When an LPA becomes a deputyship application

If it transpires that a client does not have capacity to create a lasting power of attorney and you instruct us to make a deputyship application instead, we will not charge you for the initial advice or meeting relating to the lasting power of attorney.
